The 2015 Annual Meeting will be offering a Tumor Board session for Residents and Fellows in the afternoon on Friday, June 12. Submit your cases to mandy.marneris@wago.org by Thursday, May 14, to be considered for presentation. All cases will be reviewed and notifications will be sent on May 22. *Note: if you need more space than the form allows, please submit your case in a Word document in the same format as the submission form.





Below is a breakdown of the 2015 Annual Meeting registration fees, with information on how to submit your registration to attend the conference.

Complete your registration one of three ways:


  1. Register online using a credit card and receive immediate confirmation via email. (If you are a visitor and not a registered user, please use the New Visitor Registration link to register for this meeting online. Note: all members are registered users),

  2. Fax the registration form with your credit card information to (312) 235-4059, Attn: Tori Scatena, or

  3. Mail the registration form with your credit card information or make a check payable to the Western Association of Gynecologic Oncologists to the address listed on the form.


Registration fees increase after Friday, May 15, 2015.



REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your registration, a written request must be submitted prior to May 15, 2015. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2015. A $50 administrative fee will be subtracted from all cancellation refunds.






A block of rooms for the WAGO Annual Meeting have been reserved at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek. The contracted rate for a single/double guestroom is $195 (USD) plus state and local taxes. Please mention the “WAGO Annual Meeting” when booking your room to receive this special rate. The Annual Meeting room rate is guaranteed through Tuesday, May 12, 2015.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: The Hyatt Vineyard Creek will require guestroom reservations be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hyatt Vineyard Creek shall refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given by (7) days prior to arrival. If a guest cancels after 7 days prior to arrival, the forfeiture amount will be the one night deposit.



Air Travel

WAGO’s official travel agent is Gant Travel Management, available toll-free at (800) 621-1083 ((630) 227-3873, outside US/Canada). Gant is available 8:00am – 5:00pm CT, Monday through Friday. A $25 service fee is issued per airline ticket.


Ground Transportation
Airports: The Hyatt is located near two major airports and one county airport. Below is a listing of the closest airports and the approximate time/cost for each airport.

  • Sonoma County Airport (STS): 8 miles – 15 minutes
    Taxisdepart from the designated taxi zones, located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level. Approximate one-way taxi fare to/from the hotel is $35.

  • Oakland International Airport (OAK): 68 miles – 75 minutes
    Taxisdepart from the designated taxi zones, located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level. Approximate one-way taxi fare to/from the hotel is $212.

  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO): 68 miles - 90 minutes
    Taxisdepart from the designated taxi zones, located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level of all terminals. Approximate one-way taxi fare to/from the hotel is $232.

Oral Presentations:

WAGO abstract presenters giving an oral presentation are required to submit a financial disclosure form  for CME purposes and a journal release form by Monday, April 6th. Please submit completed forms to tori.scatena@wago.org.


Poster Presentations:

WAGO poster presenters are required to submit a journal release form by Monday, April 6th. Please submit the completed form to tori.scatena@wago.org.




The 2015 WAGO Annual Meeting exhibitor prospectus is now available! Below are some highlights for the 2015 meeting. Please reference the prospectus for more detailed information.

We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity at the WAGO Annual Meeting. WAGO will offer a fantastic opportunity to host an Industry Supported Symposia Luncheon on the Thursday afternoon of the conference. The luncheon is expected to attract approximately 125 gynecologic oncologists for a 90-minute session.
